crimes; relating to probation and parole conditions and revocation of          
parole; amending Rule 10(e), Alaska Administrative Rules, Rule                 
502(b), Alaska Rules of Appellate Procedure, Rule 26, Alaska Rules             
of Civil Procedure, and Rules 32 and 35, Alaska Rules of Criminal              
Procedure was read the second time.

Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
